Locating Location: - 2 miles north of Stillwater, Minnesota on expressway 96, crossing point with Highway 5.

The witnesses were driving east on Rt. 96 close to the crossing point with expressway 5 in a provincial range 1-2 miles north of Stillwater, MN ( ~22 miles east of St. Paul.)
